DTC instance requires CQG 2nd user connection?

I am have my laptop setup as DTC client which connects to my main desktop PC (DTC server). I am with CQG/AMP. (FIX connection) I am just being charged by CQG for 2nd user connection fee USD 10. Could you advise if DTC client requires 2nd user from CQG? |
