If I choose this option in the More Interactive Broker Settings window, Do I uncheck the Use Attached Orders in the SC Chart Trade Window and then just place my entry orders in SC? Will the OCO orders show on my SC Charts? Am I still able to manage the trade from SC, such as moving a stop or target, or closing out the trade?
Is this feature supported if I am using the Financial Advisor Account Settings?

If you still want to use Attached Orders, you still need to enable Attached Orders. Using Interactive Brokers Managed OCO orders means that the OCO functionality will be server side managed.

The feature is supported with Financial Advisor accounts.

I am still not clear how to use the option.
So the Use IB Managed OCO and Bracket Orders choice doesn't use OCO or Bracket orders that I have set in TWS, correct? First, when you say Server Side Managed, you mean that TWS will monitor and activate the OCO fuctionality, correct?
But the Attached Order configuration with any b/e or trail moves is still managed by SC, correct?
Is there a setting that allows me to place just a simple order in Chart Trade on SC that allows TWS to place the order with my TWS configured Stops and Targets? And, can I get orders and open positions that I place on TWS to show on my SC chart? Thanks

1. Yes to the first question.

2. Yes to the 2nd question.

3. Yes to the 3rd question.

4. No to the 4th question.

5. To see orders that you have sent in TWS, also appear in Sierra Chart, make sure you have set the Instance to Client ID: 0 in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. After this, reconnect to TWS using the commands on the File menu.

The positions from TWS will always appear in Sierra Chart . You will see them listed in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions.
