I open the system today and started a simulation that did not give results. I am using a spreadsheet for trading, after looking around to try to find the problem I decided to upload a backup chart from a few days ago. The simulation worked fine. I saved that chart and close the system, just to make sure all was working ok. When I try the simulation again it did not work. So I went back and open the back up chart from a few days ago and run the simulation and it worked.. Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem... Patricia |

Hi, All of that is working fine,as I mention, the simulation runs fine, then the problem is when I close the system and open the same chart again, it does not run the simulation. That is when I take and old one from a week ago, upload it and then it works. Any thoughts. In other words simulations works on files saved before august 18 but if I save the same file today and open it again it does not work. Hope this help clears up what is happening.. |

We understand that but all of the potential reasons why this can happen are documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SystemsAlerts.php#IgnoredSignals This is the section named "Ignored Signals". We also recommend manually changing the Order Action column cell formula to 0 and then to 1 to manually trigger an order to help evaluate the problem. One question, why the old file works and the same one does not work if I save it?
