Every time I enter a Number of Days to Load value under the Chart Settings, then Save-All, exit SC and relaunch SC, the number of days loaded is 1 day less than what I specified. If I specify 3 days, 2 days are shown at launch. If I specify 1 day, the chart is blank at launch until it updates with data from the current time.

However, if I go into Chart Settings and change the Number of Days to Load to a different value, click Apply, and then change it back to the value I want and click Apply again, the chart shows the correct number of days.

Refer to the documentation for this setting here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#DaysToLoad

The blank chart could be caused by the Session Times settings filtering out the data:

You cannot move the time scale on the bottom of the chart. It is fixed in that position.

Otherwise, we are not sure what you are referring to.
