Bid & ask not updating for Sierra Chart Real-Time Data Feed COMEX commodities

Since approximately 5:19 am UTC today (August 31th) the bid and ask per the Sierra Chart Real-Time Data Feed for all COMEX commodities I follow (GC, SI, HG) have only been updating very infrequently. For example, at the moment GC is trading at 1311.6, but Sierra Chart still shows the bid and ask at 1311.0-1311.2, unchanged from several minutes ago. Is there a known issue with the feed presently?

This is now solved. We were testing a new CME data feed template file and we did not realize it was going to create this problem.
