GOT NEW PC...CAN YOU GET MY OLD CHARTBOOK?

I have a new PC and I have downloaded the latest version of Sierra. My old PC crashed big time and I was not able to get the one chartbook I had all set of crude oil. The name of the file is Crude Oil. Can you get this file for me from your end? Or do I have to rebuild by chartbook from memory. I did not save it anywhere.

The chartbooks are only saved on your computer. If you cannot access your old computer and do not have a backup, then you will need to rebuild your chartbook. Sierra Chart Support |
