Issue with charts and data

I signed up for the active data feed and then also the cme package and have restarted multiple times but nothing is happening! When i open the charts it says symbol unknown and then also the charts don't do anything. Please help

So it sounds like the problem is the charts do not update in real-time? Who is your futures broker?
