It would be really great to be able to specify daily session start/ end times by session, or at least separately for Friday. I have a need to limit the FX session on Friday to 16:30-16.45, but doing so for all other days of the week hampers trading system results. Main system logic works on 5min charts, but volatility-based measures are calculated and taken from the daily chart for efficiency. Thank you. |

Pity, because most other software - MC/NT/TS, in which automated system development and testing is done, has this capability.

At least it will not come for several years. The implementation of this is very very very very involved. It will be very costly to us and cause all kinds of problems. So it is fine with us, if we lose business over this. We are not going to lose much.
