Select Chart >> Scale. What is the Scale Range set to? Are you using Constant Range?

Will changing to constant prevent the behavior in attached, where I wasnt able to set my sell stop at a price because value was changing? I think its most evident at 10 seconds in, when the cursor position's price is moved down by the candle getting longer |

Setting for video was interactive scale . As it is the first time I have seen this setting, any sub interactive setting is at a default level

You appear to have the Scale Range set to Constant Range and it looks like you have it re-centering on every chart update. You should set the Scale Range to Automatic. Follow the instructions here: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window for the Main Price Graph Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi, Setting was interactive scale, automatic. Assuming this is the default, "out of the box" setting I would like to be able to hold the cursor at a price, be able to right click and set the order, whilst current candle is being dynamic, without having to move the mouse. I have no problem adjusting vertical scale using the right edge at those times is constant/manual suggested in these cases? |

We did look at the video and because there was a new low being made in the chart, that is why the chart automatically adjusted. So we were mistaken that you are using a Constant Range scale. It did look like that though. For the Scale Range use Constant Range and set the Constant Range Scale Mode to: Keep The Last Bar Within View. Refer to: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window for the Main Price Graph Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
