Daily chart not updating

My daily chart is not updating as it only give me a straight line as can be seen from my uploaded image. Nevertheless the intraday chart is updated real time. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1470827858487.png May I know why is my chart not updated real time on a daily basis with open, high, low and close. It also happens in other pairs such as gold and GBPJPY. Thanks. |

This is unusual. Go to that chart and select Window >> Current Quote Window. What is the Open price shown? The issue is still not resolved. kindly look at my pasted screenshot. It still just gives me a straight line only on the daily chart whereas intraday do update realtime.
