Hi . I have downloaded Sierra yesterday , and have followed the "Getting started " instructions , but I am unable to access a live data feed ! The problem is probably staring me in the face , but I am unable to see it !! Please can you be of assistance . Regards Mark

Hi . Yes I have gone through all of these set ups , and I still have no real time data !! When I open my chart the Data is connected , but it dose not continue to show any further data on my chart. !!!! I.E the chart stays at the same time print as when It was opened ! So you want real-time futures data? This page thoroughly explains the subject: Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included? So why would you expect to get real-time futures data if you are using the SC Data-All Services Service in Sierra Chart and you have not subscribed to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and paid the exchange fees that the exchanges require? Hi . The symbol I have activated is b6U16 GBP/USD . I do not have a broker at present , but I am paying for level 5 Sierra , of which I am lead to believe is supported by data .

For now just use the Forex symbol GBPUSD: Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service Service package 5 does not include real-time futures data. Hi . Yes I would like a refund please . As I only went for the monthly subscription , because I was under the impression that I would be provided the Futures Data .
