Updated charts to 1410 version error message after completion [Not win32 application] lost all my Woodies cci range and pivot charts.How can I retrieve all my charts?

Recent versions of Sierra Chart are not compatible with Windows XP but this will be solved later this week.

You need to use an earlier version for now.

We see the last version you are using is 1405. Follow the instructions here to go back to an earlier version:

The earliest you can go back to using our new installer is version 1408. So enter 1408 as the version number.

I was using Woodies cci from studies this no longer works since chart update crashed, how can I get this to work again.

What do you mean by "chart update crashed"?

If you want to use the Woodies studies, you need to use the Study Collection posted on this page:
Additional Files (Study Collections, Spreadsheets, Chartbooks): Files

We recommend re-downloading the Study Collection file again.

Or if we have misunderstood, give us the exact and complete name of the study you want to use.
