The section of your docs that describes to a new user, the steps and selections to make when creating a Sierra Chart project in Msft VS, is based on 2010. For the currently available VS 2015 Cummunity Edition, the interface and options / selections are different and it takes a little digging, to find the right place to make the changes to get it to compile and then output correctly to the desired directory. Experienced users would have no issues, but for less dedicated coders, it would take some time to get the first one working. Suggestion --> Just as you provide a ton of sample source, why not provide a starter / sample VS set of project file, cpp, etc that people could use. Then provide a few instructions on what they would change to make it the name, etc they want to make it. JohnR |

In our experience this is not the best way to teach someone how to use Visual C++ in relation to creating a custom study for Sierra Chart.
