charts not updating

I am linked to my Interactive Brokers account and I have Sierra Chart data package 3. My charts are not updating, there is a 15 minute lag time, and the [M] is not showing up in the symbol on top of the chart like it should. I think my fees are all paid. why are my charts not updating? here's the error log:

The problem was the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed was canceled because of an insufficient balance:
Market Data Account: Barchart Account has been flagged for cancellation at end of current billing period on the Barchart system. Reason for cancellation: Insufficient Balance.|


We see you have now activated it. Restart Sierra Chart and you will now have access to the real-time data.

nevermind, my data feed did not reactivate at the end of the month. I thought it would auto activate each month. I fixed it, all is good now thanks
