Draw a Line Automatically 4 point above/below Current Price

Hi I'm trying to figure out how to do this - i use 4 point stop, and like a line to be drawn automatically 4 point above and below from the current price and updates with the price, to check if my stop/target will have support/resistance in front of it. Could you give me some idea how to achieve this? Much appreciated!
