I only just have signed up and am in the trial period. I am setting up a chart for GCZ16 and it has stopped. Am I on some sort of delayed time? I thought I was on real time. I am about 20 10 min candles behind now. 324443 |

I am moving along with things and would like to skip the rest of the "trial" period and get started. I added $100 to my account balance. I am specifically interested in alerts and only for GC. What else should I do now?

I have an account with Ameritrade but not a futures account. I have futures account with SaxoBank and I trade GC with them. I pay a fee through them to Comex. |

The TD Ameritrade account will work to get the CME reduced exchange fee. Do not be concerned if you are actually not using it for futures trading. Follow through the setup instructions here to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the real-time futures data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions You will just need to pay the 3.25 USD CME Group exchange fee. This is all in addition to the 35 USD per month for the data feed itself. Make sure you connect to your TD Ameritrade account following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#IntegrationWithTradingServices Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
