Palladium charts appear broken

This data comes from SC Exchange data feed (there is a [M] on the name)

The charts look broken, specially the historical daily chart. I tried following the instructions to re-download the data but it didn't help.

That probably is normal especially that far back in time.

Follow the instructions here to show the rollover dates and make sure for each day in the chart, it is the correct contract month:

This is more recent. Is it normal as well? I just realized in the broken parts there isn't volume data either

I tried everything... even deleted the files manually. Nothing works. the chart stays broken.

I see you tested this with a different symbol from the service "SC Data - All services" instead of "Interactive Brokers". I tested this symbol as well and the chart looks good in my computer too.

What do you think is the cause of this? How about a solution... should I use "SC Data - All services" as well?

We see what the problem is. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

After that go to the chart and select Chart >>Reload and Recalculate and it will now be correct.
