missing data again

This is the second time this week using amp-ttnet that there is no historical data for the start of the evening session on globex futures. The data starts from the time of my log in but is missing the first 5 hours. This problem resolved itself the last time and now is happening again. No historical data from 1700 cst to the time I log in. So after the close of the morning session at 1600 CST the data stops and does not start again until I log in.
