dtc - not getting quotes with rithmic

Using SC as a DTC server We are not getting quotes when using rithmic for futures 1. Works fine with CQG 2. With rithmic we can get account details + symbol details (like tick value) 3. Works ok with forex just not getting quote data with rithmic any idea about this? |

In the DTC MARKET_DATA_REQUEST, how is the symbol specified in the message?

The full name as it appears on the chart - for example, "NQU6-CME"

Looks like its not a dtc issue. Turns out quotes are not coming to SC at all with rithmic. I see this page and looking at this more closely - http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php No need for you to do anything at this time.
