Volume at Price Chart Load issue

When trying to load Volume at Price on my chart and moving the profile to "Right" alignment it crashes Sierra with an error message saying the program needs to close. Then closes when I press OK. Tried multiple times on different charts and consistently gives me this error. Any ideas, I'm running version 1446. Thanks |

We tested this and could not duplicate the issue. Could you provide us the Chartbook you are doing this with so we can test using that Chartbook. We see there are custom studies you are using. Most likely this is caused by one of those studies. Follow the instructions here to use Safe Mode: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails17.html#h17.1 We still cannot duplicate the problem with your Chartbook. I just successfully loaded the Volume at Price Study in this chartbook in safe mode. Then relaunched Sierra out of safe mode and all loaded successfully. Thank you :). |

It sounds like you are still going to have a problem at some point again and that the problem may be with the custom studies.
