1. I am using Service Package 1 and each time when SC was opened, it take very long time to load historical daily charts and intra-day charts although I have saved them before exiting it; 2. The Chart settings window cannot be used (pic was attached); 3. Each time When I click Studies/Settings button, no popping-up window, instead, the whole SC failed to be managed and I have to use Task Manage and force to End Task and re-run SC (the SC cannot been controlled by mouse and keyboard). |

1. Refer to this help topic: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=helpdetails30.html 2. You have too many programs running on your computer system or you may have too many chart windows open within Sierra Chart itself. How many chart windows do you have open? 3. When this happens, press the Escape key. Also refer to what we said in answer 2. All of these issues are operating system-level issues. None of them are with Sierra Chart itself. I open 12 chart windows simultaneously. BTW, how many chart windows can be opened simultaneously in SC? |

12 chart windows is definitely no problem at all. There can be a problem when you have like 100 or more windows and that could cause an issue at the operating system level. Sierra Chart imposes no limit on the number of chart windows. You could have thousands of them open. The limitation is in the operating system. The problem primarily arises with detached chart windows. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
