Topstep/CTS Error - "Exchange not allowed for user"

I spoke with TST support and was told this error has not reached the CTS servers. I've had this issue occur a few times before and it happens only with CME products (6A and NQ). Today is strange because I was able to open a position, but when I attempted to scale in later on I received the error. I currently still have that position active and I can adjust the stops / scale out just fine but when attempting to place a new order I receive the following error: CTS order update (Rejected). Info: Exchange not allowed for user. Internal Order ID: 2647. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: NQ.20160900.CME_EQ | 2016-07-20 13:57:45 * Crude Oil (CL) and Gold (GC) are working fine.
