Hi, The feature is described below. I had 2 instances and they were starting with entry in the setting as "2,3" and worked in previous version 1437 I have Submitted Message Log for analysis To automatically start instances, the instance numbers can be specified as a comma separated list in Global Settings >> General Settings >> Instances to Run on Startup. For example, you can enter a 2 in that edit box to automatically start a second instance. Or enter 2, 3 to start a second and third instance automatically. |

This particular feature of running new instances from within Sierra Chart requires Sierra Chart service package 3 or 5 now. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".
The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
