Hi. I'm developing a DTM server for the Brazilian market. Last week I upgraded the SierraChart to 1445, and since then the connection is being closed frequently. I could not find anything usefull on the message log. It just says there was no activity on the network socket. I'm sure it has, as I'm writing heartbeat and market data update to it. Did the DTM protocol change in an incompatible way?

Opened cached Intraday file: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_3\Data\WINQ16.scid | 2016-07-18 13:06:55
TapeChart Server | There has been no activity on the network socket. Will reconnect. | 2016-07-18 13:10:11
Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2016-07-18 13:10:11
Socket (3082) | Shutdown and closed. | 2016-07-18 13:10:11
TapeChart Server | Disconnected. | 2016-07-18 13:10:11

There are no changes which would cause any problem like this. That is not possible based upon this message.

You need to check your code. There is no doubt that there is no network activity on the network socket. Even if the heartbeat is not properly formatted, that would not cause this kind of problem.

Is there any difference of TCP socket tunning with the main SierraChart application and the new instances created that connects to this main application acting as a DTC server?

I took the instance created and changed from the local SC DTC server to point to my external remote DTC server. This instance is getting disconnected frequently as if the TCP stack tunning was different.

No, no differences. Not exactly certain what you mean by "tuning".
