Hello, I have connected to Currenex, using the demo credentials provided by my broker, so I could test SC. Unfortunately I can't find any symbols and historical data is not loading unless I leave my computer on and let it load, which takes time. I just ant to make sure I've connected correctly. How would I go about confirming this? |

Who is your broker? The symbols will now be listed. Follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings Regarding historical data, there is no historical data maintained for Currenex at this time but that could be arranged with the broker. Looks like this is the website: https://www.tradeviewforex.com/contact_us.php We should be able to get historical data set up for you using our FXCM data. Just give us about a day for that. If this broker is interested in offering Sierra Chart we could set up a better solution including common order routing for multiple user accounts over a single Currenex FIX connection. Yes, that is their website. It appears Daily/Weekly charts load fine, but Intraday show limited data - I will try contacting my broker regarding this and, if they are interested, they contact you directly to organise what you propose.

Update Sierra Chart as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Once the update is all installed, then update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps Then go to the Intraday chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You should then get the historical Intraday data. You do not need to contact your broker about this. We have the Intraday data working for now.
