[User Discussion] - Missing Historical intraday chart data.

All my symbol are missing data from the 21:00 15/07/2016 to Today 07:00 18/07/2016. Tried deleting data and reloading from the Sierra servers but noting has changed. Actually after deleting all data I only get 1 day data(18/07/2016) after reloading historical intraday data. This is on all symbols. I have even performed a symbol update. Disabled my firewall. Disconnected my vpn. I am using version 1426. Thanks

We do not expect that you would get data during that time period because the markets were closed.

We also do not know what symbols this is happening with. It is best to contact the exchanges and find out the trading schedules for those symbols.

Having done all the instructions. I still get no historical intraday data. I am using SC Data - All services feed. I now get only todays data. Please see images.

What I have also noticed is that when I close a particular chart and reopen it later - there is missing data between chart closing and chart opening times.

There is a connectivity problem to the historical data server:
