Problem canceling orders

For some reason when SC sends a cancel order request to my TD Ameritrade accounts the trades are not canceled. I have executed hundreds of trades in the last 6 month that were cancelled using the same spreadsheet for trading. Any thoughts on why this is now occurring. In a past post from six months ago you implemented a fix so that every 3-5 seconds My TD Ameritrade account was updated and orders were timely sent, filled, and cancelled as directed by my Automated Spreadsheet for trading. We do see a problem in that Trade Activity Log that we did not consider and we need to resolve. We will solve this today.
