Unabl to Use Chart Even Though I have Paid

I have been waiting since 0100 hours this morning to use the charts for which to date I have paid $60 - this is not below the amount required. I have sent emails, messages and nothing has happened. No one has bothered to get in touch. I have never had a problem with this system as, as soon as I have paid the charts have reactivated. Now I have been left without charts and not been able to trade the whole day because no one can be bothered. I am seriously thinking of taking my custom elsewhere if this is the type of service I will now be receiving after 5 years of giving my service to your company.

Another thing came to mind, sierra chart has always had what is called the Emergency Account Activation feature: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=EmergencyAccountActivation This is linked to on the page where you make a payment for usage time.
