data feed in new instance

IU have been using new instance for some time but since uoloading a new version when the instances start up the date/data trade service settings do not have SCForexData(FXCM) data settings and when I go to the service box I cannot change it to the relevant data feed. Can You give me some guidance please

When using File >> New Instance you cannot change the Service in the sub instance. thankyou I am aware of that - on restarting is it normal that logging in and out of data feed is necessary before the chart begins to update

No this is not normal. If you notice a problem with the charts not updating, refer to help topic 3: Https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=helpdetails3.html If you still need help we need to know the symbol of one of the charts and we need to see the Message Log.
