Hello, i have a question about the sierra feed. Iam new to Sierra, have checked all settings and also used the "delete and download data" link several times but if i check the data with kinetick there are differences to large. My main interest is Eurostoxx, did not check any other instrument. Any other people use the Sierra feed with eurostoxx ? or does everyone use IQfeed ? Sidenote: ofcourse Kinetick can be wrong.... will try to verify this but have to find someone who uses IQfeed.... (or other feed) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-07-07 03:18:30

Make sure Sierra Chart is set for a tick by tick data configuration: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php In the case of EUREX there is no indication received from the exchange indicating whether a trade is at the bid or ask. So there will be differences between data feeds with how this is determined. There is a method for the determination and it is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php#Definitions Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
