In this section here we document the new billing method to be released at the end of the day July 8: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access It could be delayed if there any technical problems. Discounts will be replaced with a single discount based upon the long-term user discount. Every month paid for will get an increasing discount. We are still working out the exact percentage though. Paying for a service package will always be made through your Services Balance. You can activate and deactivate the Service Package at anytime on your account. The new billing and payment method has been released. For every month of usage time purchased, you receive a discount for the next month. This discount is 2 percent per month and increases up to 36 percent.
