im not understanding how this work. I log into my transact account under simulated live, attempt to place a simulated chart trade but it says that my trades will be all live trades. i thought that if you leave trade simulation unchecked that sierra would default to transact simulated live. Confused ?????? thank you |

Understanding Non-simulated Trading With an External Simulation Account In Sierra Chart, when "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" is disabled, then orders are sent to the connected trading service. This is considered non-simulated/live trading. Although Sierra Chart may be connected to a simulated account with a trading service you are using and therefore the orders will actually be simulated.
