Using Gain Capital data, the KC chart won't show me the gap down this morning. I've deleted and dloaded all data, I've reset symbol settings and restarted the software. Is this still something on my end? Symbol KC-MU6

Actually, we think we know what the problem could be. Is your Gain Capital account authorized for ICE US data? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Ok I'm updated and it still doesn't show the gap from 1.4290 yesterday in Sept contract and the other platforms, IB and TOS have it.

The reason you do not see the gap is because you are using a back adjusted continuous futures contract chart. Do not use one of the back adjusted rollover options: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#RolloverOptions Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. You may also want to set the Continuous Contract option to None.
