Opening Intra-day chart for the US-Dollar Index & difference between two US Dollar symbols

I am able to open the Historical chart with no problems. But as soon as I lower my time frame below a daily time frame, the chart is not visible - all I see is a blank screen, the chart disappears. Can you please refer me to the sierra link that can help me with this? Also, What's the difference between F.US.DXEU16 and USD-X? Is the F.US.DEXU16 the tradable symbol? If so, what would be the USD-X, a chart that allows me to look at the price movement but won't allow me to trade? |

F.US.DXEU16 is a CQG dollar index futures symbol. USD-X is an FX Index symbol. Unless you understand exactly what it is we do not recommend using it. Hi, thank you for your speedy reply. I still cannot see the intraday chart for the US Dollar Index. I read the info on the different sierra web pages (http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html) I am using CQG (Fix trading) for data. I understand the US Dollar Index is coming through ICE. I can see the Historical charts with no problem (Daily time frame and up). Unless you are paying the USD110 exchange fee for the ICE you will not get any data for this. ah that helps Thank you. Also, I am able to open USDX and drill it down to the minutes and hourly time frames. Is this symbol tradeable? |

No that is not a tradable symbol. Just market data only.
