Hello, I have a client that wants to save the configuration and the charts when he shut down the platform. When does appear the pop up asking for saving all he answer yes, but reopening the platform, nothing is saved, not the charts neither the configurations. Is there a different way for saving both? Thank you Sierra Chart Support |

You are referring to Chartbooks. The first step is to go through the procedure here to make sure all of the procedures are being properly followed to save and open a Chartbook: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Chartbooks.html And when you refer to "configurations" give us an example of specifically what you are referring to. Hello, when I wrote configuration I was referring to studies, for example Moving average that the client added to the chart. Thank you Kind Regards Patrizia |

This is a Study Collection. You can apply saved Study Collections from the Analysis menu. Here is the relevant documentation for this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_StudyCollections.html If you still have a problem, are you receiving any errors indicating problem writing files?
