We are checking on this now. Also, we have seen some instances of this and this is still an active task for us to isolate and resolve. We are not quite certain of the circumstances which lead to this. Possibly out of order market depth levels from the source which causes a problem with the generation of insert, update and delete messages. We are not observing this problem at the moment. The reason we are not seeing it because the market rose up to that particular depth level which should not have been there.

Yeah that's what I noticed. When the market went there then the problem went away. As you've said, I've also seen this in the past as well - but usually a disc/recon usually fixes it. In this case it didn't.
