In time and sales we have the option to highlight trades that are above ask or below bids. Do these happen at the exchange or is it a function of Sierra Chart?

This is a function of Sierra Chart. And it is our belief, that all trades have to happen at the bid or ask. Really this concept of between the Bid or Ask or above or below the Bid or Ask is due to the lack of Bid and Ask updates.
