Configuring SC for TDA and IB

Hello Support, I am a new member to SC and am trying this so if it is suitable for me, I will like to use SC going forward. But I am primarily interested in Automated Trading with TDA (specially) and IB. I configured SC to connect to TDA and IB, but I see TDA does not support real-time quotes for futures. So I have some questions, 1. How do I configure my TDA account for trading but use data feed from IB (preferably) or other service like SC's own data feed? 2. To automate trading using TDA, is there something special I need to do, because I keep getting "Invalid quote symbol" error when I placed order for /CLN6 (Oil future)? 3. Do you have any automated trading systems I can use in SC? Can you please direct me to some good systems I can configure in SC. Thank you. Nav |

1. Did you want to use TD Ameritrade for trading futures? If so, that is not supported. You will need to use Interactive Brokers instead.
