Before it happened I had upgraded via Help >> Download Current Version; I don't know if "current version" is the problem, too, why does Version still read 1399 after the upgrade?

As SierraChart is using FXCM public API, we cannot support their platform directly. Did you contact SierraChart about this problem yet ?
