In the main instance, I am using 5-sec True RT data from IB to feed into my strategies. However, in the second instance launched from the main, charts get updated with just RT IB data, every IB tick (not once in 5sec) How can to make this 2nd instance work similarly to the 1st? |

What will not be supported? Shall I launch a separate instance (i.e. not from the main?) to make it work right now? |

If you use another instance of Sierra Chart connected directly to Interactive Brokers, that will work. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
