We had an extended thread last month to get a payment made without using Gate2Shop, because of I changed credit cards due to some fraud. I used the link you sent last May 1 (See your email below) to process a payment, but I have the continued problem currently when trying to use my credit card with PayPal from your site. So How can I pay on an ongoing basis without going through these gymnastics every month? I don't want to experience any interruption in service this week. Email from last month. We just checked now and the payment routing is set to use our PayPal account and not the one from Gate 2 Shop: Payment Routing - PaymentProcessor: PayPal We verified that again just now. You can tell when on the PayPal payment form, you see the Sierra Chart logo at the top left. If you are getting a payment error contact your bank about that.
