I am currently being billed by Rithmic each month for my trading. I have Rithmic but I have been using the Sierra Chart Real Time & Historical Exchange Data Feed. I believe I am paying Sierra Chart $35 per month for the Sierra Chart data feed My question is why do I need Rithmic Data Feed with their fees when I am using the Sierra Chart Data Feed. Thanks |

So you are not currently paying the 35 USD month for the data feed. Whether you use the Rithmic data feed or not, Rithmic still has associated fees. The fees are less when using CQG. Thanks for the reply. I really don't understand how I am not currently active with the sierra Chart Data feed. I checked my account and still have an Additional Service Balance of $86.50 so why am I not active with the Sierra Chart data feed. Also if I am active with the Sierra Chart Data Feed then why do I also need Rithmic? This is confusing to me can you help explain this to me. If I was Active with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed then I would pay the $35 per month fee plus the exchange fee right? If I also had Rithmic then I would be paying double what I should be with no benefit Please help Thanks |

You need to activate the data feed on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed became canceled previously because there was an insufficient balance. You then needed to add credit and reactivate it. You needed to do both of those steps. You still need this for trading and also to get the lower-priced CME exchange fee. Yes this is correct.Since you will be using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you could see if you could cancel the exchange fees through Rithmic. Contact your broker about that.
