Lmax authorization need to be enabled on Sierra chart

Hi,

Sierra chart was enabled on my Lmax demo account but i still get the following error message:

LMAX FIX Trading: Sending the Logon message. | 2016-06-01 12:17:42
LMAX FIX Trading: Received a Logout message. Text = User not authorized | 2016-06-01 12:17:42

Lmax representative said that Lmax should be authorized also on Sierra chart..

Finally i would like to know if there is additional charge for using the Lmax connection , beyond my regular sierra chart package 5 fee.
