Dear Support Team, there is an unusual spike on my Mini-DAX Futures (FDXMM6)charts. I am using the Sierra Chart Real Time datafeed in connection with InfinityFutures/Transact. Menu > Edit > Delete All Data And Download does not change anything, Menu > Edit > Reload options do nothing. What am I missing? Any idea how I can get rid of this spike since I do not believe it was ever present (I checked on the EUREX FDXMM6 website). Please refer to the attached screenshot. Thank you for your help, Best, Chris |

We have checked three different data feeds, and they all show that same price movement for the mini DAX. It is correct.

Dear Team, thank you so muuch for the investigation and the feedback. I need to figure out what happened since the FDAX does not show this spike. Have a great day, Best, Chris |

Just as a feedback - the Sierra Chart realtime data feed was completely correct. I veryfied it with the official EUREX datastatistics - please refer to the screenshot. Probably somebody was happy to move the market... Thank you for your fast response and checking - and sorry for the false alarm. Best, Chris Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-06-01 17:58:50
