Just downloaded 1420 and when I loaded my 405 minute, 30 minute. 7 day and monthly charts all had their profiles moved to the right. Can't get them reset. See attached. If you notice, none of the 405 minute bars have their profile. Just one yellow and blue profile on the right.

We cannot help with this as presented because we do not know the Volume by Price settings and what you are expecting to see and why, and what you did previously. We are not aware of any changes which would cause any problem.

We need you to create a new chart, add the Volume by Price study and configure it as you require. If it does not display as you require, then follow the instructions here to attach that single chart as a Chartbook:
Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart

If the problem involves 2 volume profiles together, then it is OK to include a second one but no others.

For the charts I mentioned, after the download of 1420 the V by P 'volume graph period type' changed from 'multiple profiles based on fixed time' to 'one period at end of fixed time length.' I tried to change it back and it wouldn't let me. I had to remove the study from all my charts and then add back and make all the settings again. Huge pain. This has happened in the past after a download. Not this exact problem but changes made to other studies.

OK we understand. Not sure why this happened. It was certainly not intended.

If you have the original Chartbook can you give us that and then we can test it.

You should have a backup of it:

Here are the instructions to attach a file:

I'm completely lost at this point. This instruction is not clear to me: "In the Open Chartbook window, navigate up one file folder using the standard Windows folder navigation interface at the top of the Open Chartbook window."

Documentation has now been updated:

That documentation was written for the old Windows-based file Open dialogs which we no longer use.

The reason for the problem has been determined and we are correcting it now.

However, what you need to do is set the Set as Independent Volume Profile for TPO Chart Input to No in cases where this happens.
