Using LMAX demo data

Hi I have contacted LMAX to use demo data in Sierra Charts to evaluate it. They say that they have set this up but when I try to disconnect from Sc data and reconnect using the LMAX it returns an error log: Socket (0) | SSL connection failed. | 2016-05-26 07:48:41 Many thanks for your help David Palmer |
