how to close/switch sierra chart after lost access to VPS?

I just lost access to one of my VPS without chance to close sierra chart. Now I can not access data feed from my backup location. please advise. thanks

If you have trouble logging into Sierra Chart itself because you have exceeded the number of allowed systems we can certainly help with that. When it comes to connecting to an external service like Gain Capital, there is no solution to this. That VPS will have to be closed to be able to connect because they only allow one connection at a time. The first thing you can do is change the password on your Gain Capital account and see if GainCapital/OEC can possibly disconnect the connection.
