Hi, Had a situation where the OCO was rejected after the initial entry order was filled. The OCO is controlled by the Sierra dome with targets and stops defined by a TWConfig file. This effectively left the filled order sitting naked, no stop and no target. The initial order as submitted correctly and it was only on the fill of the initial order where I got the error. Is there a way that I can capture this kind of error from within the automated trade study? I would like to flatten the position when it occurs again to limit the risk should I not notice it right away. I guess I can check to see of there are targets or stops existing by using getNearestStop. Is there a better way? Thanks |

Yes. Have the trading study iterate through the order list looking at the order Status for those orders to see if they have an error status to determine if this has happened:http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ACSILTrading.html#GettingOrderInformation Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
