Open the Trade Service Log when New message is added - not working

I cannot get the Trade Service log window to stop popping up.
I toggled off the relevant switch in the General Trade settings but this did not change the behavior.
ver 1416.

Please look into it.

When the Trade Service Log opens, copy and paste the last 10 lines here so we can look at this.

Otherwise, we have absolutely no idea about this and there is nothing for us to look into.

We looked into this and preventing the Trade Service Log from opening when this message is added is difficult to implement:
