I am using Date-rule rollover, Back-adjusted, and there is a 56 tick gap today with the rollover. It is the same gap if I choose a simple Date-rule rollover.

We checked and we do not see this and the chart looks correct to us.

Therefore, you just need to re-download the data for the current contract month and the prior month by following the instructions here:

Did you follow the documented procedure? In our experience often users do not follow the exact documented procedure. If the data is re-downloaded and the Symbol Settings are correct, there is no reason why you would have this problem.

Also check Global Symbol Settings:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php

Verify there is a Historical Chart Symbol set for the Interactive Brokers CL-######-NYMEX future symbol or update the Symbol Settings:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

If you still have a problem we will need for you to enable the detailed logging and provide us the Message Log. But that is almost never necessary.

I deleted the files manually and this worked. All other solutions did not work. Thank you.

OK, without seeing the log file we do not know what the problem was. This is very unusual to have to do that.
